Leadership
Special Envoy of the President for Tourism
Zita Anjani carries the President's mandate to ensure the national tourism agenda moves across ministries in one direction. Her work centres on safeguarding the President's directives, coordination among ministries and agencies, global tourism diplomacy, and acceleration of priority programmes in destinations.
Through Unlock Indonesia she takes that work into the field: climbing, diving, meeting communities, and raising stories from corners of Indonesia that are not yet widely known.
In her words
Every journey is not only about the places we visit, but about understanding how nature and people grow together.
Because tourism is about where we come to know God, other people, nature, and ourselves more closely.
